An RSDOS based BBS system for the CoCo3 written by Ezra Story. There was an OS9 
version but it was maintained by two other people. This one here is officially 
called Access Color BBS. 

The only documentation available is for the ANSI screen editor and a brief note
on some functionality of the system.
